The 2023 World Rugby Under 20 championship of the second-tier age-grade rugby competition will take place from 12th July 2023 to 30th July 2023. Eight teams will be participating in this year’s championships namely; the hosts Kenya, Uruguay, Zimbabwe, Scotland, Hong Kong, United States of America, Spain and Samoa. The matches will take place at Nyayo National Stadium and Kenya Rugby Union grounds while Kenyatta University’s Health and fitness centre and rugby training facilities will serve as training centre for Scotland, Spain, United States of America and Uruguay. The student’s gym aerobics studio was set up to accommodate the athlete’s strength and conditioning programmes.
