- Coordination of POCUS project activities in all the 8 study counties
- Preparation of budget requests and accounting of project expenditures
- Coordination with other project partners including counties
- Organization of POCUS trainings
- Supporting project trainees from the counties especially on technical challenges they encounter
- Day to day administrative needs in the project office
