2016: Wrote an – e module (first author) on Research Methods for BSc students in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics under the collaboration project on e-Learning Network on Food and Nutrition Security (ELEFANS) with partner universities (Kenyatta University being one of them) and Europe. This was an ACP cooperation programme for Higher education with financial assistance from the European Union.

2021: Principal Investigator (PI) for UNICEF Kenya County Office to conduct an In-depth Assessment of Nutrition Interventions in the context of Covid-19 Pandemic.

 

2020:

  • Nutrition Specialist in a team of consultants contracted by Tetra Tech Company USA to conduct a Performance Evaluation of the USAID-funded Kenya-RAPID program in Turkana, Wajir, Marsabit, Isiolo and Garissa Counties.
  • Principal Investigator (PI) in a collaboration research between Kenyatta University and Catholic Relief Services to conduct malnutrition hotspot mapping in Isiolo and Marsabit Counties and part of the USAID-funded Nawiri Project
