Mrs. Githang’a holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Physical and Health Education from Kenyatta University. Presently, she is pursuing a PhD where her research focuses on stress management for the elderly population in Nairobi County, Kenya. The study emphasizes on the use of Progressive Muscle Relaxation in the management of blood pressure and stress levels among senior citizens in the homes for the aged.
